Digital & Social Strategy Director, opr
Dan joined opr in March 2017 as Director for Digital and Social Strategy. He has worked as a digital strategist for more than ten years with a focus on audience insights, integrated campaigns and content strategy. His passion is working with brands to integrate effective and creative story telling with digital media to deliver effective content at scale to target audiences.
Dan is responsible for developing Ogilvy’s social and digital offering including product development, analytics, thought leadership and external marketing. He leads a team of strategists, creatives, campaign managers and analysts who work in partnership with agency and client teams to deliver best in class always on and digital campaigns.
Daniel set up and ran an independent digital marketing agency in Sydney prior to joining Ogilvy, which provided content driven marketing campaigns to clients in B2B and B2C industries. He started his career in public relations working with tech brands and dotcoms. Dan has a Bachelor of Politics and Philosophy from Liverpool University in the UK.
