Kathryn joined opr in 2004 supporting our consumer and technology agency and later moved into a central role as Talent Manager for opr. Her role focuses on developing and delivering people management strategies which support the company’s overall goals and business objectives.

At opr she helps identify HR priorities and appropriate people management solutions which support business aims, in addition to providing a customer-focused HR service.
