At opr employee experience, Megan Caulfield excels at immersing herself in an organisation’s communication landscape, identifying the critical success factors that will deliver real, measurable business and behavioural change, and providing expert counsel and support to leaders on how to effectively and efficiently embed change.
Megan brings over fifteen years’ experience in employee and change communication to opr employee experience. Her expert skills are often applied in areas like business strategy alignment, culture and IT change, internal brand engagement, HR and employee engagement and CSR engagement.
Working with clients from a diverse industry mix, including pharmaceuticals, construction, FMCG and technology, gives her deep, invaluable insights into the most efficient, cost effective and effective ways to tackle employee engagement challenges within both small and large organisations.
Prior to joining opr in 2005, Megan worked as a consultant for The Team, a communication consultancy in London. There she worked on a range of values, HR and CSR campaigns with clients like Vodafone and BBC. Before this she held positions as internal communication manager at Commonwealth Bank and at Boral, where she worked on various culture change and financial projects.
Megan has a BA (Hons) in Media and Communications from Macquarie University, a UTS Marketing Practice Certificate, and an AMEB Associate Speech and Drama.
