12 July 2018: Raiz (formerly Acorns), is a mobile app that helps its customers save and invest starting with virtual spare change from your everyday purchases, and invest this into a diversified portfolio of stocks and bonds. It has steadily grown its Australian user base and funds under management thanks to a focused brand and product communications program.
The fintech start-up, has been a client of WPP AUNZ’s tech and B2B PR agency, Howorth, since its launch in 2015. Last week, the company was listed on the ASX with support from WPP AUNZ’s investor relations firm Cannings Corporate Communications to manage pre-listing an initial public offering (IPO).
Cannings managed the development of investor and media materials, such as the roadshow presentation to investors, the development of the prospectus together with the strategic media plan to announce the listing. Cannings and Howorth have worked together as a seamless team to effectively manage the rebrand and the listing.
